At Fingerprint Interiors, we offer both digital downloads and physical canvas art. Below, you'll find details about our shipping process for each type of product.

 

Physical Products (Canvas Art)

For customers who prefer ready-made, tangible decor, we now offer physical canvas art. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Processing Time: Canvas art orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
    • Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days.
    • International Orders: 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping is available on orders over [insert amount, if applicable]. For other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking Information: Once your canvas art ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Digital Products

Fingerprint Interiors specializes in digital art files, allowing you to access your favorite designs instantly. Here's how it works:

  • Delivery: Digital files do not require physical shipping. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your high-quality PDF files.

  • Timing: Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you don’t see it, check your Junk/Spam folder.

  • What’s Included: Each listing includes zipped folders containing six high-quality PDF files and an instructional guide to help you select the right size for printing.

    File Ratios and Sizes:

    • 4:5 Ratio: Print sizes include 4"x5", 8"x10", 12"x15", 16"x20", or 15x20, 24x32, 30x40 cm.
    • 3:4 Ratio: Print sizes include 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16", 15"x20", 18"x24", or 20x25, 40x50 cm.
    • 2:3 Ratio: Print sizes include 4"x6", 8"x12", 12"x18", 16"x24", 20"x30", 24"x36", or 10x15, 20x30, 30x45 cm.
    • 5"x7" Inches: Specific file for 5"x7" prints.
    • 11"x14" Inches: Specific file for 11"x14" prints.
    • A1 Size: Prints A5, A4, A3, A2, or A1 dimensions.

For optimal printing results, we recommend saving the files to your computer and using high-quality white matte cardstock paper or matte photo paper with a weight of at least 200gsm.
