Please note that digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you have any questions or concerns, kindly reach out to me before making your purchase.

For physical products (including those fulfilled by Printify), if you experience any of the following issues, please contact me promptly:

  • Defective products: If the product is damaged, has printing issues, or contains a flaw, I will gladly provide a refund or replacement.
  • Wrong item received: If you received the wrong product, I will offer a refund or replacement.
  • Shipping issues: If your item is lost or delayed due to an error on Printify’s part, I will assist you in resolving the issue.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or replacement. Be sure to include photos of the issue, if applicable, to expedite the process.
